From January to February 2023, YSSD hosted testimony writing sessions for members to learn how to write testimony and then submit their written testimonies to the CT Legislature. Members learned how to navigate the CGA website (https://www.cga.ct.gov/), track proposed bills, and submit testimony to committees once hearings had been scheduled. Members focused on tesitmonies related to environmental policy, health policy, and education policy.
