To begin our advocacy programming, YSSD hosted Dr. Robert Klee, former Commissioner of Connecticut’s Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP). Dr. Klee gave an educational presentation about the policymaking process in Connecticut while making a case for the important role of scientists in policymaking.
